Fast delivery — 40 minutes
Genzo delivers branded clothes, shoes and accessories within 40 minutes for orders inside our service area. Delivery time may vary based on traffic, weather, or product stock.
Service area
We deliver only in areas where Genzo is active. If your pin code is not in our service area, you will see this at checkout.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery: Free on orders above a minimum value (if you want a minimum, mention it here).
Small orders: A delivery fee may apply. (You can set a fixed fee or dynamic fee based on distance.)
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
Orders are processed immediately after payment.
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch your order so it reaches you within 40 minutes.
Once the order is dispatched, you will get an order tracking message.
Address & contact
Please enter the correct delivery address and phone number. Wrong address or incorrect number may delay delivery.
If the rider cannot find your address or contact you, they will try to call. If they cannot reach you, the order may be returned to the hub and no refund will be issued if the order was delivered correctly.
Tracking your order
You will receive an SMS/push notification with live tracking when your order is out for delivery.
You can also check order status in the app or website.
Failed delivery & returns to hub
If delivery fails because the rider can’t reach you, we may return the item to our hub.
If the product is returned to the hub because of customer unavailability or wrong address, refund rules from our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, raise a return request within 24 hours with photo or video proof.
We will arrange pickup (where available) and process refund after quality check.
Delivery timing exceptions
Delivery time may be longer during heavy traffic, bad weather, or unexpected high demand.
We will always try to notify you about delays. Minor delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Payment on delivery
We prefer online payment. If you support COD, list the COD limit and extra COD fee here.
If payment fails, your order will not be processed. We will notify you and refund any deduction if required.
Multiple items & partial delivery
If you ordered multiple items, some items may arrive separately. You will be charged only for delivered items; any undelivered item will be refunded or re-dispatched as per stock and your preference.
