This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work when you shop with Genzo.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed after it has been dispatched.

  • If you wish to cancel right after placing your order, please contact our support team within 5 minutes of placing it — before the order is out for delivery.

  • Orders that are already dispatched or out for delivery cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item, or

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

Return Conditions:

  • You must request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must share photo or video proof showing the issue.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your location (where available).


3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is verified and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing tags, the refund will not be processed.

  • In case of a payment deduction without confirmation, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.


4. No Refund Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or used.

  • The customer simply changes their mind after delivery.

  • The correct product was successfully delivered.

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of receiving the product.


5. Delayed Delivery

  • We always aim to deliver within 40 minutes, but sometimes delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

  • Minor delays that are communicated to the customer do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
